Welcome to the Registrar’s Desk

The Registrar's Desk for the Hill Education Center, which includes: Marin Oaks, NOVA Independent Study, and Novato Adult School, maintains and provides access to school transcripts for both current and former students. If you need a copy of your Marin Oaks or NOVA Independent Study transcript, follow the appropriate link below to request your transcript.

POLICIES FOR TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

Starting June 1st, NUSD will use Parchment for all transcript services. Seniors must use this system to send final transcripts to
their chosen college after graduation. Requests are free for current students. Scan the QR code or use the links below to get started.
Please make sure to “Hold for Grades” when ordering.

 

Former students: Please use Parchment Services to request your transcript.

The office is closed during school breaks and the first 3 weeks of July for summer break.

 

Hill Education Center will not send SAT/ACT/AP scores. The college testing board must release all test scores.
